Football Theme Bar Mitzvah at Woodfield Country Club – JSPN

Football themed Bat Mitzvah at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Sports themed Bar and Bat Mitzvahs are probably the most popular theme. When choosing a theme the kids typically choose to showcase what they’re most interest in such as sports, a specific colors, television show etc. When designing the space we used as authentic footballs and helmets set on beds of green spidermums. Jason logo was everywhere – on napkins , table numbers , placecard and decor .  Thank you to Party Perfect for partnering with us on decor. Photography: Precious Moments.

Tips for Event Decor : Finding the Perfect Chair

Designing a room for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Wedding or Social Event, we pay a lot of attention to selecting the right chair to ” dress ” the table. The chair can add color to the room, work with the theme and create a traditional or contemporary feel to the event space. We are fortunate as the event rental industry have come with so many more choices.

Tip: When pulling together your  budget , we suggest you include rentals as a line item. When working with our clients we pay close attention to budget . With the right selection of chairs and linens, your dollars can go a long way and totally change the look and feel of the event space.

Pictures below are event spaces designed for our clients using different chairs.

70’s Theme Bat Mitzvah we selected, The Sally Chair from Bubble Miami . Totally worked with the theme and definitely dressed this table.

Spandex chair covers from Over the Top certainly added color to recent school prom . The theme was  ” Live in Color ”  . The  white spandex chair covers with band to match the spandex linen was all we needed to create the look we wanted and totally transform the room.

Recent Bat Mitzvah designed by Jose Graterol , not only did we use different size tables but each table had different chairs. White ghost chairs, acrylic ghost chairs and upholstered chairs from Jose Graterol were placed at the head’s of the royal tables .

Event Planning. What banquet tables should I use?

Event Planning today is fun and exciting with a lot more choices of tables and chairs to rent which create interest to the decor and layout of the event space.

Standard Round Table and  Banquet  Chair.

Reception halls normally will offer you a standard round table with  ballroom chairs. The table can be dressed with a fun linen and covered with a chair cover and sash to work with the table linen. Bamboo chivari chairs can be used instead of the ballroom chair.

Square Tables.

For a more modern cutting edge feel .Chivari chairs are best used with square tables .  Chivari chairs can be rented in  gold, silver , white, mahogany as well as fun primary colors.

The table setting above featured the white eclipse linen from Nuage Designs with matching chair back in same fabric.

Royal Table

The Royal table is a  8′ by 4′ banquet table which seats up to 12  guests.  Floral decorations are  set across the length of the  tables creating a beautiful look. Royal tables are often joined together to create long lines of table seating. Different chairs can also be used. In picture below we featured the white leather Valencia chair from Classic Party Rental .

When designing your space  you can also combine tables . We have done Royals with Square tables and  Squares with Round’s  table to create a fun eclectic look to the reception. Be different and have fun with your event space.

Event Decor, Classic Party Rental Trunk Show.

We attended the Panache , a Classic Party Rental company, trunk show  featuring their new  line of chairs and some great china.

Suzie Halpern

The  trunk show was organized  by top sales person and industry favorite, Suzie Halpern.

We used the white Valencia chair which was featured at the trunk show,  at a recent Bar Mitzvah we produced. They  looked great against the orange linen custom  made by Nuage Designs for the event.

Panache  featured over 15 different colored chiavari chairs with matching cushions. So many FUN colors to choose from!

We loved the  white china with orange dots which  we used for a first course at  a basketball themed Bar Mitvah , a great accent to our table decor.

Our final favorite  a pink ruffled chair back.
