Who Wants To Play Tennis? A Tennis Themed Bar Mitzvah Celebration

Flashback to fabulous tennis themed  Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah celebrations. We have had a recent slew of Mitzvah clients with a passion for tennis .

Linzi Events took the client’s passion for tennis and turned it into the ultimate sports party. What better place to have this event but in “center court”  at the Delray Beach Tennis Center  under a clear tent .

Custom , Hand Made Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah Invitations.

Do I give away the theme of the Bar/Bat mitzvah or not?  Many clients will decide on a theme and run with it , starting with the invitation. Other clients want their theme to be a surprise. Linzi Events in collaboration with the talented Miriam from Talento Designs in Boca Raton created some unique invitations for our clients.

Ginger’s Bar Mitzvah Theme was the 60’s. Tie dye, flower power, love , peace and of course the classic vintage VW hippie bus was the inspiration for the invitation.

An iron cast vintage  bus was sourced which was “parked ”  in a  box . The picture above was the assembly line of the invitations, off to be delivered.

Kyle , our Bar Mitzvah boy loved fishing. The reception was held at the Fishing Hall of Fame and an invitation was designed incorporating the theme.

“Actual” picture taken of Kyle snorkeling taken with an underwater camera  was used for the invitation.

The celebration took place  at the Fishing hall of Fame. The centerpiece designed by Xqusite Events  with strands of blue crystals surrounding an under water themed floral arrangement.

Royce’s Japanese Garden was the theme for her Bat Mitzvah. Miriam designed the invitation using  a beautiful Japanese pattern in red and gold tones.

The entrance to the Royce’s celebration  , with a Japanese Geisha wearing a traditional gold and red kimono welcomed the guests.

Bar Mitzvah Themes. Hip Hop Music

Event Planning is always exciting when you have a great theme. We planned  Jeremy’s Bar Mitzvah at Temple Beth Emet in Cooper City. He loved music especially , the entertainment label ” Young Money” , which we used to design the room for  this hip hop loving  Bar Mitzvah boy!  Photography courtesy of Jeff Kolodny Photography.

The table cards were designed with a hip hop dancer graphic , directing guests to their tables which were all named after hip hop artists.

The color theme of the event was black , red and white. Tall martini glasses filled with beautiful red roses, and red vanda orchids were set on top  of a black satin swirl linen from Atlas party rentals. The table was adorned with red napkins and lot of candelight.

Diamond encrusted money signs along with diamond encrusted Young Money centerpieces were a great match for the kids section.

A custom logo was designed by Linzi Events to match the “Young Money” logo, using the Bar Mitzvah boys initials. All the kids at the end of the night took home this one of a kind t-shirt!

Bat Mitzvah Party Theme, a Japanese Garden.

One of the most beautiful Bat Mitzvah’s we planned in Boca Raton, Florida was for Royce, whose theme for her Bat Mitzvah Party was a “Japanese Garden”. Together with a team of amazing event decorators from Xquisite events led by designer Jon Buick an “oriental” evening was created.

Guest entered the reception hall  through a Japanese inspired Garden greeted by a geisha girl.

Guest place cards were paper leaves hanging from cherry blossom branches.

Japanese inspired cocktail hour entertainment was provided for the kids in the cocktail area.

Entrance to the reception featured a sign welcoming guests to Royce’s Japanese garden.

The room was  decorated with hedges of bouganvillia   connecting one table to the next with beautful  centerpieces adorned with multitudes of orchids in jewel tones.  Gold charger plates and black chivari chairs with red satin chair pads completed the look.

The main table for the extended family and friends was set under a Japanese Pagoda with hanging Japanese lanterns.  Bowls with  candles and  floating orchids were set across  the table.

Long tables with cushions with cushions in jewel tones were set on the floor for the children’s dining , true Japanese style.

A Japanese Theme would not be complete without boats of sushi . A Japanese styed  appetizer and dessert plate complemented the menu.

The adults went home with bonsai tree to take care of and the children each received a sweat shirt with a saying by Royce,  ” Confucious says, Party with Royce , Live  Long Time ” . What an incredible event with an amazing family who enjoyed every minute of  the celebration.

Bat Mitzvah Party Theme, Summer Camp is a favorite.

A popular Bat Mitzvah Party theme is Summer Camp. Kids love summer camp. They count the days  from one summer to the next , excited to get back to see their friends and enjoy another amazing camp experience. What a better way to show their love for camp by choosing ” camp” as the theme for their Mitzvah reception.  Using trees, camp decor and  beautiful wild flowers we produced an awesome Mitzvah for a wonderful girl who loved summer camp. The Mitzvah took place at the Polo Club in Boca Raton. Photographs by Fotik Photography.

To set the tone of the event , a hand crafted invitation was designed with organic papers, and dried flowers to create the ” woodsy ” feeling of Summer camp. Invitation created by Talento Designs.

A mail box was set on a table at the entrance to cocktail reception. Guest had fun writing a note to the Bat Mitzvah girl  and ” mailed ” them to her. The notes were then set in a scrapbook,  creating  great Bat Mitzvah memories.

An entrance was created into the reception  with trees and wooden signposts.

Royal tables were used set with crisp apple green bengaline linens from Atlas Party Rental.

Burlap napkins hung from each place setting , creating a organic feeling.

The look was wild and wonderful. Royal tables were used for adult seating , with rows of wild flowers in  flower boxes and glass jars . Candles covered in green moss completed the look.

Benches were used for the kids seating with silver metal pails of wild flowers as decoration . Our amazing florists from Xquisite Events designed the centerpieces.
