Linzi Event’s loves the challenge of planning a celebration using a tent as the event space. Old school Square in Delray Beach offered us the perfect location. Clients who would like to throw their party in a tent have the vision of creating their own unique event without the confines of interior decor of a ballroom or event space. Together with our team of great vendors, “please enjoy as much as we did “, a journey producing an awesome Bar Mitzvah celebration. Thank you Jeff Kolodny Photography for making this event come alive with amazing pictures.
Old School Square Cultural Arts Center in Delray Beach was site for an event planned for a Bar Mitzvah.
Tents’ n’ Events erected the tent , laid down flooring covered with a white carpet and pumped in tons of air conditioning to ensure a perfect climate in the tent . The event took place in June , the beginning of Florida’s hot steamy summer.
Frost Lighting draped the tent and provided all the lighting and stage . In the center Frost Lighting created a 4 sided video screen which was hung in the center of the tent over a raised acrylic dance stage. Large fabric custom designed lanterns completed the ceiling decor.
Frost Lighting made the tent come alive with great lighting which changed throughout the night.
Floral centerpiece’s and decor designed by Jon Buick from Xquisite Events created the ” wow ” factor as guests entered the tent. A combination of square and royal tables lined the tent. Furniture and custom linens from Nuage Designs .
The dress code was white, the theme was Live in Color. Inspiration for the theme was the amazing dance troupe ” Live In Color ” who was featured on MTV’s , “America’s Best Dance Crew” . They opened the celebration together with the barmitzvah boy, Garrett who rehearsed with Live in Color at their studio in Miami and was incorporated into parts of their dance routine. What a great start to the a party!
The fabulous MC Dale , from DJM who as always pulls the party together with his electrifying energy and passion for ” making sure everyone has a good time” .
A big thank you to the Schwartz family for giving us the freedom, vision and opportunity to create such a fabulous event for their celebration.
