Chaka and Rashid were the most wonderful bride and groom. They were fun to work with, open to ideas and best of all loved COLOR!!! They were married at the fabulous Westin Colonnade in Coral Gables. With 100 of their closest family and friends to watch, the couple said I do in style.
The bride wore a beautiful gown with a 6 foot train from Unique Bridal in Deerfield Beach, and her feet adorned the most fabulous shoes from Jimmy Choo.
All eyes were on the bride as she made her way down from the hotels private rooms to where she would be seeing her groom for the first time that day.
The Atrium was a prime spot for the ceremony. Draped in white fabric with white chair covers, it was simple yet elegant.
Chaka’s bride wore elegant rich purple dresses and held nosegays of tightly packed red roses.
The guests were escorted into cocktail hour to a place card table decorated with a personal touch. The bride and groom displayed pictures of them as children and some of their engagement photos .
The beautiful Rotunda was the perfect setting for the reception, with almost 9,000 square feet it set-up beautifully for dinner and dancing.
The bride had her heart set on martini shaped vases filled to the brim with tightly packed red and lavender roses . Rhinestone cuffed candle holders completed the look. Floral arrangements designed by Xquisite Events in Boca Raton.
Dessert was so much fun!!!!! We are getting more and more requests for candy bars at our weddings! This one was great, with over twenty different kinds of candy there was enough variety for even the pickiest of candy eaters. Candy bars are such a great way to incorporate your party favor into your dessert hour.
The fabulous We Take the Cake, designed the wedding cake which was decorated with fresh roses from top to bottom.
